We are ALL doing the best we can with who we are and where we are. I know that. But even reminding myself of that doesn’t help when I continue to encounter people who are at a different place than I am. I still get frustrated and even exasperated and hurt by their reactions. You’re On a Journey, Not a Game Show

Friends frequently write to me (and I to them), to complain about how we’ve screwed up and how it’s going to ruin our lives, our job, our client base or whatever. One Minute = One Hour

When’s the last time you uttered those famous words, “C’mon. It’ll only take a minute?” and three hours or days or weeks later that task or project still wasn’t completed. You Can’t Set Goals Without Having Boundaries

If you have poor boundaries, chances are you’re not going to accomplish your goals. Why? Because without good boundaries it’s hard to say “No,” it’s hard to stay focused, it’s hard to put the things you need to do first because you can’t set or enforce your boundaries. You end up feeling frustrated, angry, distracted and unable to move towards your goal.
Examine your values, learn to set and enforce your boundaries first, then focus on your goals.

Pharmeceutical Companies Want You Sick FOREVER
