I’m having a “Life Sucks” day. My fibromyalgia kicked in because I worked out too hard this week. So I am in too much pain to put clothes on today, let alone work out. I did go to the gym and take a 45 minute sauna and 20 minute hot shower. It helped some. Now I can actually sit at the computer.
My fibro/CFS induced brain fog is still intact - making it hard to think, and my back is in non-stop spasms from too many reverse crunches and back work. …

Gardens are an odd place to learn about human behavior, but I’m learning the insect world and humans interact pretty much like humans and humans do. I recently learned the most amazing thing. Inspiration, my definition of it anyway, is that extreme feeling of having seen or being touched by the divine, or by something rare, …

Email letters with inspiration and insight hit my mailbox every day. But this one came around again for the third or fourth time in a year and I decided I really liked it, so I’m posting it here. I don’t know who the author is, but would be happy to link or whatever if anyone knows. Meanwhile, enjoy. There’s a message for all of us here. Everyone is struggling with something. Sometimes it takes a story like this to remember that:

“Watch out! You nearly broad sided that car!” My father …
