I am in the process of waiting, for the fourth day, for my files to download from Carbonite. I’m not a happy camper since the process, supposedly the “easiest on the internet” is a complex and confusing process for we tech dummies. This has been the week from hell…no, the month from hell. I’ve encountered provider after provider who had no idea what REAL customer service means.
So I emailed Jodi Kaplan, someone I know from a social media group I belong to. I got the awesome-est answer from her. …

I’ll get fired, my spouse will leave me, no one will love me if I am who I am, so I have to pretend to be something I”m not to get what I want.”
Sound familiar? Well, it’s true too. If …

I just swept and mopped my 100 square foot office (about a 10×10 foot area). Now I’m lying down to rest. I will rest for 30 to 45 minutes and then get up and wash dishes in the small bathroom sink, or do something else for 15 minutes before I rest again. Like millions of Americans, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Most of the time it stays in remission. But every so often, after a month or so of unusual stress, it rears its head and I know …
