Thanks John! Next time I will. I'm constantly amazed at how corporations and businesses will greedily scam or take a new customer for a few dollars and throw away hundreds and thousands of future business and referrals to make that quick buck. Sad. Like Virgin Mobile. They messed up my plan, and now they'll lose not the $50 it cost me, but they'll lose the $600 a year my business represents.

Doesn't ANYONE understand building a relationship with customers, treating them like you'd like to be treated? If he'd said immediately, "You know, we do have a $0 enrollment fee going on right now. I forgot about that, but yes, I can give you that." I asked for his card on the way out so I could refer people to him, but now? I don't think so! Thanks for posting John. I'll remember that next time. I used a debit card.

Sorry that happened to you Becky. That is why I always pay with a credit card. Visa will remove that immediately and Gold's will learn their lesson quickly.
